PC Instructions

  • Click image below, when the box comes up click 'Save' and select the folder on your computer where you wish to download the file and click 'OK'
  • Unzip the downloaded file, if you have issues you may need to install an unzip utility like IZArc
  • Double click on FCR_Setup.exe, you may get a 'Open File - Security Warning' if this happens click 'Run'
  • When the Full Cost Recovery Software Setup window comes up click 'Install', then read the terms and conditions and click 'Yes, I do', then 'Finish'
  • Click on the start menu and go to programs, you should find a group called 'Full Cost Recovery Software', here you will find a link to the FCR Software

Mac Instructions

  • Hold Ctrl and click on the image below then click 'Download Linked File'
  • Double click on the downloaded file to extract the applications folder, if you have issues you may have to install Stuffit Expander
  • Open the FCR folder and double click 'FCR_V1_MAC' to load the application
